My thoughts/ideas so far:
(1) Start with a definition/explanation of leadership or a leader. Compare with management:
Leadership vs. Management
(2) Include some information on how the success of a leader is measured/determined - Employee productivity? How engaged/happy the employee is (employee engagement)? Motivation?
(3) The theories provide information/guidelines to be a successful leader.
First theory - theory where the leader uses primarily money or income potential to motivate the employee.
Two additional theories. Include a venn diagram showing commonalities.
(4) How competition or other items in the "environment" may influence leadership.
It should be a good presentation.
